Boating:
   Canoes and Paddle boats are for rent at the office.  Please bring a driver license or state ID with you when
checking out boats.  We hold them until the boat is returned.  You may use your own boat.  It can not be left
on shore in any one place for extended an period; it will kill the grass.  When bringing your own boat you
should also understand that it is for your use only. No gas motors.

Lots / RV spaces:
   When setting up your rv make sure that the back bumper does not over hang past the gravel pad.  Rv
must be front facing the road. There shall be only 1 licensed rv per lot  Not more than 2 licensed vehicles per
lot.  No parking on the grass or any neighboring lots.  Additional vehicles must be parked in the parking
areas.  Lots are to remain free of debris and trash.  Nothing can be attached to the trees.  If you find it
necessary to have a porch it must not be larger than 4 feet by 8 feet and no higher than 5 inches to the top
finished surface.  Refrigerators and of freezers must not be kept outside.  You may keep a stock pile of fire
wood on the gravel pad neatly stacked, there will not be any burning of wood with nails, staples or any other
foreign material.  No burning of trash.  Fires must be kept inside the fire ring. Fire pits must not be moved if
they are in need of cleaning contact office.  Lot tables there is one per lot no switching or borrowing of tables.
 Should there be a problem with the lot table contact office.  Personal property tables, chairs, plants, toys,
tents, barbaques, boats, signs, etc. must be kept on the gravel pad if used on a grass area they must be
returned to the gravel area after use.

Fishing:
   All guest are welcome to spend time fishing. The Bass, Catfish, and Bullhead must be released when
caught.  Vehicles must not parked on the main drive or any other area not designated for parking.

General:
   Electric heaters are not allowed and Dangerous.  We do fill propane bottles.  All vehicles must be kept on
the roads, parking lots, parking spaces or at your lot. If the area is not paved or graveled vehicles must not
be parked or drove their.  Landscape beds are mulched areas with bushes, flowers, etc, these areas are not
to be walk on or through.  Bicycles shall not to be rode on the sidewalks they must be kept on the paths,
trails, roads.

Mail:
   Any Mail that appears to be of a Legal nature will be returned to sender.  Mail bundles / packages are ok.

Parents / Children:
   You are responsible for your children.  Make sure thay are not left unattended. You should be with them at
all times. Be sure that they understand our park rules.

Pets:
   Dogs should be kept on a leash.  Dropings must be cleaned up immediately.  Are not to be left unattended,
no excessive barking and should not be tied in a maner that will damage or kill the grass or landscaping.

Quiet Time:
   We insist that all guests are quiet from 11:00 PM through 8:00 AM. Other hours we insist that a certian
amount of control still be maintained.

Satellite Dishes:
   All lots are allowed to have satelite dishes. Satellites are not to be attached to the trees or post being dug
into the ground.  Must be placed on your lot unless aproved by the office.

Your Visitors / Friends / Family:
   You may have visitors.  Your visitors should remain with you.  Actions of your visitors are your
responsibility, you will be held responsible for there actions.  See that they understand the park rules.

Non compliance of Shady Creek RV Park & Campground rules can be grounds for any or all persons to be
expeled from the property with no refund.
